For a broken or incorrectly displayed game, include the game title, its URL on izzigames.com, your device and browser, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful when available.
Copyright and Rights Requests
If you believe a game, image, description, or other material infringes your rights, include the exact URL, identification of the protected work, your contact information, and an explanation of your authority or ownership. We may request additional information before acting on a report.
Privacy Requests
To ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information associated with your account, email us from the address connected to that account and use the subject line Privacy Request. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
Response Times
We review messages as soon as reasonably possible. Please do not send passwords, payment details, government identification, or other sensitive information by email unless we specifically request a secure method.
